Delivery Days & Procedures

Raw Food Delivery

Raw Food is frozen and as such we operate a designated delivery area where we deliver to our customer’s door. At the time of order, you will be asked to choose from an available delivery window. The evening before your delivery, you will be contacted with an approximate time of delivery. If you won’t be home, then you have the option of leaving an esky at your door for us to leave the delivery in or contact us to organise an alternate time.

 

All other products

All non-food products will either be shipped or delivered depending on the customer’s location. If you would like to pick your order up at a market that we attend, please contact us to arrange this and we will refund your delivery charge. If a customer purchases a non-food product in addition to a raw food product, then they will be delivered at the same time according to the raw food delivery schedule.
